Day 20/100 - Trust the Rhythm

Day 20: Trust the Rhythm

As I write this I am sitting at a Whole Foods in Long Beach.  Is is busy, I drove for 3 hours in LA traffic…and am now taking a breath.  It’s still amazing to me how calming the practice of intentional breathing actually is!!!  Our bodies are amazing.

“Trust the rhythm of your body. Even when the world feels chaotic, your breath brings you back to balance.”

Our bodies carry an innate intelligence—one that often speaks through rhythm: the beat of our hearts, the rise and fall of our breath, the pulsing tempo of our movement through life. In the rush of the external world, it’s easy to disconnect from this steady inner current. But it’s always there, waiting for us to listen.

When life feels overwhelming, your breath becomes your anchor. It doesn’t ask you to fix or figure anything out. It simply invites you to pause and return—home to yourself.

Reflection Prompt:

When you feel overwhelmed, how can you return to your breath?
Take a moment now: inhale deeply… exhale slowly. Repeat this two more times.
What shifts—physically, emotionally, mentally or even spiritually?

Let your breath be your guide. Let it remind you: you are here, and you are whole.
