Day 9: Trusting the Wisdom Within
“Trust your body’s wisdom, it knows when to rest, when to move, and when to simply be.”
One of the most tender lessons I continue to learn is that my body holds a deep, intuitive knowing, far beyond what my mind can reason or plan.
It tells the truth, even when I’d rather push past it. It whispers rest when I want to hustle, calls for movement when I’ve grown too still, and gently invites me into presence when I drift into overthinking.
But here’s the thing: trusting that wisdom takes practice.
Today, I’m choosing to listen. Not with judgment, not with a list of things I “should” be doing—but with curiosity.
Maybe your body is asking for a slower pace, a breath of fresh air, a nourishing stretch, or even a good cry.
Can you listen...and respond with kindness?
Your body isn’t the obstacle, it’s the guide.
Reflection Prompt:
What is your body telling you today?
Can you listen without judgment and respond with kindness?
