Day 21 - Your Body Is Not on a Deadline
You know that feeling when your brain is sprinting toward next week, next month, or the next ten years—and your body is like, “Um, hi. I’m still here, trying to digest breakfast”?
Yeah. That.
Today’s message is a gentle nudge (okay, hopefully more like a warm hug): “Your body’s wisdom is timeless - honor the present moment as it is, without rushing toward the future.”
Your body is not in a rush. It’s not worried about tomorrow’s grocery list or that email you forgot to send. It’s here, now, in this present moment …breathing, sensing, pulsing with aliveness. Your body is wise, in a very grounded, non-Google-Search kind of way.
So take a beat. Or three.
Breathe.
Wiggle your toes.
Notice the little things—like how your shoulders are pretending to be earrings again (go ahead and drop them).
Reflection Prompt:
How does your body feel in this present moment?
What does it need from you right now? (A stretch? A sip of water? A snack that isn’t just caffeine in a cup?)
Honor what’s real, right here. The future can wait.
