We live in a world that often treats the body like a checklist—something to fix, to sculpt, to push harder. It’s easy to fall into the mindset that our worth is tied to productivity, appearance, or performance. But healing invites a gentler truth: your body is not a problem to solve. It is a home—imperfect, evolving, and deeply wise.

What if, instead of analyzing or judging, we simply listened?

When we tune in—really tune in—we start to hear the body’s language: a tightening in the chest, a sigh of relief, a deep breath after a long pause. These aren’t problems to fix. They’re signals. Invitations. Reminders that our body carries wisdom and memory, and that it responds to kindness.

To come home to the body is to treat it like a trusted friend—someone we check in with, care for, and listen to without trying to control. We don’t need to earn rest or prove our worth through exhaustion. We can meet ourselves where we are, as we are.
