It is a homeâimperfect, evolving, and deeply wise.
What if, instead of analyzing or judging, we simply listened?
When we tune inâreally tune inâwe start to hear the bodyâs language: a tightening in the chest, a sigh of relief, a deep breath after a long pause. These arenât problems to fix. Theyâre signals. Invitations. Reminders that our body carries wisdom and memory, and that it responds to kindness.
To come home to the body is to treat it like a trusted friendâsomeone we check in with, care for, and listen to without trying to control. We donât need to earn rest or prove our worth through exhaustion. We can meet ourselves where we are, as we are.
