And back to the beginning

It just didn’t fit.  I mean wellness is a big part of what I do… "Embody Wisdom" speaks to the idea of living in alignment with the body’s inherent intelligence, while also nurturing and honoring it. It’s more about an integrated approach, where wisdom isn't just intellectual but felt and expressed through the body and how we care for it.

There is a wisdom that resides within us, not merely as a concept to be understood, but as a living force embedded deep within the very cells of our bodies. It is a quiet, profound knowing that moves through us, not as an abstract thought, but as an experience — felt in every breath, in every heartbeat, in the way we move through the world. This wisdom is the story our bodies tell, woven through the years, the sensations, the moments of stillness and of strength. It’s a wisdom born of lived experience, of cycles and rhythms, of growth and healing.

In this dance between wisdom and body, wellness is not just the pursuit of health, but a practice of deep reverence for the interconnectedness of all that we are. It is the act of honoring the sacred relationship between mind, body, and spirit, understanding that when we truly listen to the messages our bodies carry, we unlock a deeper, more holistic form of well-being.

It’s not just about nurturing the body, but about caring for the wisdom that guides it. To embody wisdom is to recognize that self-care is not a task, but an expression of love, respect, and reverence for the body’s intelligence. As we care for the body, we care for the wisdom that courses through it, allowing it to flourish, to be honored, to guide us in every choice and every moment.

In this way, wellness becomes a journey of listening, learning, and living in harmony with the wisdom that is already within us, waiting to be fully expressed and embraced.
